This website design was created in 2021 for a Healthcare UXD class taught by Nagesh Shinde. The goal was to redesign a website for a healthcare provider, keeping user experience at the forefront of the project. I chose to redesign the website for Multicultural Health Services, a clinic and urgent care facility in Minneapolis, MN.
I chose this clinic because their website (at the time) lacked an identity or a cohesive hierarchy of information. It was also incorrectly programmed, causing the scroll function not to work, thereby hiding information from users. I felt it was important to the identity and dignity of the clinic for their website to reflect their mission of making healthcare more accessible.
